If you could only drink one beverage for the rest of your life (not including water), which one would you choose?

well, duh.  beer.  woodstock inn pigs ear to be more specific.

If you could be fluent in any language (that you don't currently read or speak), which one would it be?

i currently read and can speak some french - but it's broken up canadian french and i'm NOT fluent... that being said, i think i'd like to be fluent in french.  i'd also love to learn gaelic - gaining a fluency in that is debatable because it's not really something written or spoken that much any longer (in my part of the world at least)

Honking, tailgating, excessive lane changing... There are so many things that can drive you crazy when you're behind the wheel. So tell us: what's your driving pet peeve?

people who drive too slow in the passing lane.  on 90% of highways there is a passing lane, travel lane, slow lane.  if you are going to drive slow do it either in the middle travel lane or right-most slow lane.  if you are NOT passing cars, then please get out of the left-most passing lane.

too many things.  writing things out - stories, ideas, letters.  organizing things - the kitchen, the office.  getting in touch with people - calling, emailing, writing.  you get the idea.

if it's nice sweet multi-grain bread, peanut butter and jelly.

What's the strangest thing you've ever found in the street?

i personally didn't find it, a family member did - a Neil Diamond album.

Clothing, dinners, make-up, or gadgets... We all have things we like to splurge on. What do you think you buy too much of?

my initial answer was "gadgets" - i love me a gadget.  but quite honestly, and more truthfully i like cleaning supplies. 

Tell us how you met your significant other.

keep in mind i'm keeping it vague so i don't have to hunt you all down and kill you for fear of revealing my identity.

we met through a mutual friend in college.  the first time was in a hallway of a dorm.  the next few times were in the hallways between classes.  that's when i started stalking him.

i finally met him "for real" months later through the same mutual friend and got to hang out with him.  i've been by his side ever since.  (19 some-odd years later)

 What part of your personality do you wish not to pass on to your child?

my irrational temper, and it's too late, he's already got it.
